Mass dismissals and deletions are applied after confirmation. Exode sends to Verifix completed courses and certificates (to “Education”), time on the platform (to the timesheet) and a draft one-time payment for a completed course, and grades are matched with Verifix ranks. Every sync is listed in the “Sync journal” and every export in the “Export journal”: failed exports can be sent again, and the learning history can be exported in full. - Employee grades. In the org structure you can create a grade scale, for example Junior → Middle → Senior, and turn grades on in the settings. A position gets its grades and promotion conditions — the courses to complete. An employee is given a grade when hired, transferred or promoted. The employee’s readiness for the next grade is shown, and managers are notified when the employee is ready for promotion.

- AI course builder. The course list has a new “Create with AI” button. Describe the course and attach materials if you have them — AI suggests the course parameters, then a structure of modules and lessons. You can adjust the structure, after which AI writes the texts of empty lessons. Progress is saved in the course itself: you can return to the builder with the “Continue with AI” button on the course card.
- AI course edits. The course content page and the lesson editor have an AI button: describe in your own words what to change, and AI prepares a proposal. New, changed and deleted blocks can be accepted or rejected one by one — the course stays unchanged until you accept the edit.
- Lesson summary. The “Brief Summary (AI)” field in lesson settings can now be filled in with one click: AI summarises the lesson for students.
- Exode AI assistant. School staff now have the assistant panel on desktop. It handles tasks across the platform: students and access, groups, courses and lessons, homework, payments, refunds, promo codes and installments, acquiring, mailings, analytics, and for companies — org structure, positions, employees, absences, the knowledge base and auto-assignment. Staff only see the tools they have rights for. The assistant makes any change, including bulk ones, only after confirmation, shows choices as buttons and links to the relevant school pages in its answers. It answers questions about the platform using the user guide and the developer documentation.

School subscription page, tariff upgrades and full content protection

- School subscription and tariff. The “Subscription and tariff” page in school management now shows the current tariff and its status, the next charge date, the linked card and payments. It also has a full tariff comparison with a billing period switch. You can subscribe or change the tariff right on this page, and restore a cancelled subscription until the end of the paid period.
- Upgrading to a higher tariff. The new tariff takes effect right after payment, and the surcharge covers only the rest of the paid period — the next charge date stays the same.
- Upgrades for students. The same works for subscriptions to the school’s courses: set a “Tariff tier” in the course tariff settings, and a student can move to a higher-tier tariff with a surcharge for the rest of the period. On the payment page they see how many days are left on the current tariff and how much to pay.
- Full content protection. Course settings have a new “Full content protection” option: the course content opens only in the app, with screenshots and screen recording blocked. In a browser, students see a screen with a link to download the app. The demo lesson stays open everywhere.

- Department page. In corporate schools, each department in the org structure now has its own page with “Settings” and “Employees” tabs. The employee table can be filtered by position, invite link and hire date, so you can see who joined via a link and who was added manually.
- Department invite links. A department can have several links. For each one you set a validity period and a join limit, and you can turn the link on or off. You can ask for consent before joining and offer registration to people without an account. Via the link, an employee sees the department card — its name, manager and number of employees — and joins in one step.
- Sign-up via a link in a private school. If the link offers registration, a person without an account can sign up through it even if the school is private, and is added to the department right away.
- Adding employees in bulk. You can add several school users to a department at once and assign them a position.

Course visibility for the team and school mini apps
NewCourse builderCustomizationAPIA course can be hidden from the rest of the school team and left open only to selected editors. School management has a new “Apps & pages” section for your own mini apps.
- Course visibility for the team. In the course settings, the “Authors and editors” tab now has a “Visibility for the team” block. A course can be open to all school editors according to their roles or only to the editors on the list, whom you can add and remove. You can also choose who reviews the course practices: all school curators or only the curators of this course’s groups. A closed course is visible to the listed editors, the curators of its groups and the school owner. The setting does not affect student access. Courses created earlier stay visible to the whole team until the setting is changed.
- New courses in corporate schools are hidden from the rest of the team by default, and the course creator automatically becomes its editor.
- School mini apps and pages. School management has a new “Apps & pages” section. There you can connect your own mini app by its https address: set its title and the address it opens at in the school, the window type (page, floating window or side panel) and the layout (full width or “island”). Any page can be made the school’s home page.

Course access management and free lesson progression

- Course invite links. A user can enroll in a course via a link, including a paid course — without paying. For each link you can set the enrollment group, the validity period and an enrollment limit, or turn the link off. Links are created in the course’s “Access & assignments” section.
- Enrollment methods. In corporate schools you choose how employees enroll in a course: by assignment, by invite link or through open enrollment.
- Automatic course assignment by org structure. In corporate schools, rules are set in the course group settings: a department (on its own or together with its child departments) or a position. Conditions within a block are combined with “and”, blocks with “or”. When an employee who matches the rules is hired, transferred or promoted, they are added to the course group automatically. An employee removed from the group manually is not added back by the rule, but you can bring them back when you re-run the assignment.
- Free lesson progression. A new option in the course’s main settings: students take lessons in any order and mark a lesson as completed themselves; the mark can be removed.

- Certificates. In the course settings, turn on certificates, choose a template, add signature and stamp images, and set a brand color and a validity period in months. A certificate is issued automatically when a student completes the course and appears under “My certificates”.
- School org structure. In the “Organization structure” section, departments are arranged as a tree: each shows its number of employees and sub-departments, and you can assign a primary manager. Employees are searchable.

Pick a preset period or set a date range; charts take the time zone into account.
- AI-generated practice tasks. A lesson practice has a “Generate with AI” button: choose the difficulty and task types, then review the generated tasks and accept or reject each one before it’s added to the practice.
- Interface for companies. In corporate-segment schools, navigation and labels are adapted for a company, and billing, finances, SEO and subscriptions are hidden.
- Telegram invites. Group settings have an “Invite members to Telegram” button: invites go to members with a linked Telegram account who haven’t received the link yet. The group member list shows whether each member has been invited.

- SCORM in lessons. A new “SCORM” lesson block: upload a SCORM package (.zip), and students take the presentation right in the lesson. Lesson settings let you set a “SCORM completion threshold” in percent and turn on “Require passing the SCORM quiz”. Students and the school see the status of each presentation — “Not started”, “In progress”, “Completed”, “Passed” or “Failed” — and SCORM progress is also shown in the student card.
- Video watch progress. Video lessons now show a “My video watch progress” bar: it marks watched and skipped segments, the overall percentage watched and, if set, the threshold required to complete the lesson. Click it to resume from the first unwatched spot. In the student card in school management, progress is shown separately for each video in the lesson.
- Course access deadline. The course card shows how much time is left until access ends and the date it’s valid until; once it ends, it says “Access expired”. Course and group student tables get an “Access until” column and an “Access expired” badge.
- School privacy. In “Privacy and registration” → “Advanced settings”, choose whether school users can see each other’s profiles and start chats themselves. When turned off, a profile is visible only to its owner and the school team, and only the team can start new chats.

Multiple task variants in one practice
NewImprovementCourse builderAPIA practice can hold several variants with different tasks. Choose how students get them — in order or at random, separately for the first attempt and for retries.
- Practice variants. A single practice can have several variants, each with its own task list. Switch between variants with tabs; duplicate, delete or deactivate them. A deactivated variant stays a draft and isn’t assigned to students.
- Variant distribution. When a practice has more than one variant, a “Variant distribution” block appears in its settings. The mode is set separately for the first attempt and for retries: “Sequential” hands out variants in order, “Random” gives the student a random variant, preferring one they haven’t seen yet. By default, first attempts are sequential and retries are random.
- Copying a practice copies all of its variants along with their tasks.

Course bundles: access by group and progress across included courses
NewCourse builderFor each course in a bundle, choose which bundle groups get access to it. Students with access to a bundle see their courses and progress on its card.
- Access to bundle courses by group. In the bundle content, each included course now has a bundle group picker (“All groups”). Students who enroll in the selected bundle groups get access to that course. The number of selected groups is shown next to it.
- One course with different groups. You can add the same course to a bundle several times — with different groups of that course.
- Progress across bundle courses. On the card of a bundle the student has access to, the courses from their access and their progress are shown. Clicking such a bundle in the catalog opens the bundle progress page.

- Task tags. Tag tasks and filter by tags; tags can be renamed and deleted right in the filter.
- The “Task database” table shows who added each task, its tags and the lessons where it is used (the lesson list is in a tooltip). There are new filters by course and lesson, and you can delete a task right from the table.
- Task explanation. The “Add explanation” toggle adds a breakdown to a task built from the same blocks as the question: text, audio, video, iframe, checklist or a Notion page. Students see the explanation after completing the practice.

Group access periods, lesson schedules, installments and subscriptions
NewImprovementCourse builderPaymentsA group can have a limited access period to a course and open lessons on a schedule. The Sales section shows installments and subscriptions separately, with a payment schedule.
- Course access period for a group. In group settings, turn on “Limit access time to the course” and set the period in hours, days, weeks or months. It is counted “Since joining the group” or “Starting from the selected date”, for example from the course launch date. This lets you give different access periods on different tariffs or run a marathon or an intensive.
- Lesson opening schedule. Group settings have “Open access on a schedule”: lessons or modules open one at a time instead of all at once. Choose “Once per interval”, for example once a day, or “By weekdays”, for example on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The schedule is counted from joining the group or from the selected date.
Lesson timecodes and your own course order in the catalog
NewImprovementCourse builderCustomizationVideo and audio lessons can have clickable timecodes, and courses in the school catalog can be arranged in the order you need.
- Timecodes in lessons. Timecodes are written in a lesson’s “Editor” block: the student clicks a timecode and the video starts from that moment. Timecodes also work in audio lessons.
Course bundles: several courses for one price
NewCourse builderPaymentsSeveral school courses can be combined into a bundle: the student pays one price and gets every course in it. The order of study is set by the school or by the student.
- Course bundles. The school’s course section now has “Course bundles”. When creating a bundle you set its name and access type — paid or free — and then add courses to it. Each course gets a group that the bundle’s students are added to; you can create it right there.
- Who the changes apply to. When saving the bundle’s contents you choose “Only for new participants” or “All participants” — in the latter case current students are affected too.
- Order of study. “Set manually” — the school arranges the courses by dragging them, and students take them one after another: the platform suggests starting with the first one, and the rest stay unavailable for now. “Set by student” — the student chooses the first course, and the others stay locked until it is completed.
- For students. In the catalog, a bundle is shown as a separate product with the list of courses included in it.
New task types: Matching and Fill in the blanks
NewHomeworkCourse builderLesson practice now has “Matching” and “Fill in the blanks” tasks.
- “Matching”. The student matches values in one column with values in the other — for example, a country with its capital.
- “Fill in the blanks”. The student fills in the missing words in a text by choosing from the suggested options or typing the answer.
- In the “Education” practice mode, after finishing, the student sees in both new task types where they went wrong and which answer was correct.
Gamification: stars for lessons and tasks, and a student rating
NewCourse builderHomeworkStudents earn stars for completed lessons and task points and compete in the school rating. Gamification is enabled for each course separately.
- Gamification in a course. Turned on for each course separately with the “Enable gamification” button. A course has the “Number of stars for 1 lesson” and the “Number of stars per 1 task point” — these values apply to every lesson in the course.
- Custom values for a lesson or practice. Lesson settings can set a different “Number of stars for completion”, and practice settings — their own “Number of stars per 1 task point”.
- Stars in the course and the catalog. The course content page shows how many stars the theory and practice of each lesson give. In the catalog, the card of a course with gamification shows how many stars can be earned.
- “My rating”. The overall school rating based on the stars students have earned across all courses.
Practice modes: Education, Testing and Exam
NewHomeworkCourse builderLesson practice settings let you choose what students see after finishing: the correct answers, the result of each task or only the final score. Attempt limits and a timer are added too.
- “Education” mode. Students are shown the correct answers and can compare them with their own.
- “Testing” mode. Students see the result of each task, while the correct answers stay hidden.
- “Exam” mode. Students see only the final result without the list of questions and can’t find out where they went wrong.
- “Attempt limit”. Practice settings can limit the number of attempts. When a student runs out of attempts, a curator or a school administrator can reset them.
New lesson elements: Separator, Message and Notion
NewCourse builderLessons get the Separator, Message and Notion elements, and lesson settings get a summary that students open at the end of the lesson.
- Separator. A button that reveals the next part of the lesson once it is pressed, so the material is taken step by step. In its settings you set the button text, and the “Transform the button into a "message" view after pressing” checkbox turns the pressed button into a message with its text.
- Message. Lesson text shown as a chat. In its settings you add messages, the sender’s name and an avatar; messages can contain links and emoji. Together with a Separator it becomes a dialogue: the student presses a button with a question and sees the answer.
- Notion. The Notion block shows a public Notion page right inside the lesson — just paste the link to it.
- Lesson summary. Lesson settings have a new “Brief summary (AI)” field. The lesson author fills it in, and students open the brief summary at the end of the lesson.
