What’s new
- New editor in the “Task database”. Tasks are created and edited in a window over the list, without opening a separate page. One window holds the task type picker (as tiles), complexity and tags, and the header shows whether your changes are saved.
- Task tags. Tag tasks and filter by tags; tags can be renamed and deleted right in the filter.
- The “Task database” table shows who added each task, its tags and the lessons where it is used (the lesson list is in a tooltip). There are new filters by course and lesson, and you can delete a task right from the table.
- Task explanation. The “Add explanation” toggle adds a breakdown to a task built from the same blocks as the question: text, audio, video, iframe, checklist or a Notion page. Students see the explanation after completing the practice.
- Tasks from the database in a lesson practice. The “From task database” button opens a picker with filters — select several tasks and add them to the practice in one go.
- Catalog tabs by tags. School settings have a new “Catalog grouping by tags” section: choose course tags, and the school catalog gets tabs for them with the number of courses. The “All” tab can be shown or hidden.
What’s better
- “Task database” is now in the management menu, and the section header looks the same as in other management sections.
