What’s new
- “Integrations” section. School management now has a catalog of apps and integrations grouped by category. An app can be installed, configured, turned on or off, updated to a new version and removed. A new “Integrations management” permission covers this.
- Verifix integration. The organization, departments, positions and employees from Verifix are brought into the school’s org structure and kept up to date on a schedule, with a full pass every night. Mass dismissals and deletions are applied after confirmation. Exode sends to Verifix completed courses and certificates (to “Education”), time on the platform (to the timesheet) and a draft one-time payment for a completed course, and grades are matched with Verifix ranks. Every sync is listed in the “Sync journal” and every export in the “Export journal”: failed exports can be sent again, and the learning history can be exported in full. The connection guide is on the app page.
- Employee grades. In the org structure you can create a grade scale, for example Junior → Middle → Senior, and turn grades on in the settings. A position gets its grades and promotion conditions — the courses to complete. An employee is given a grade when hired, transferred or promoted. The employee’s readiness for the next grade is shown, and managers are notified when the employee is ready for promotion.
- Positions by department. A position can be linked to the departments where it is used.
- Completion deadlines in a group. A group can have deadlines for the whole course, its modules, lessons and practices. A deadline is a common date or is counted for each student: from course registration, from the moment the material opens or from handing in the previous one. For each deadline you choose what happens when it is missed: “Mark”, “Reduce points” or “Close” the next materials. Students see their nearest deadlines and overdue items. Curators see overdue items in the student card and in the students table, which has a “Deadline” column and a “Deadlines” filter, and can reopen closed materials with the “Open access” button.
- Course languages. In the course settings you can add languages to the primary one. Lesson blocks are translated right in the lesson, a block can be hidden in a given language, and the student chooses the lesson language.
- Check practice with AI. A practice attempt has a “Check with AI” button: the Exode AI assistant evaluates open answers against the lesson text, suggests points with an explanation and asks for confirmation.
- CloudPayments and Octo. New payment systems: CloudPayments for Russia (Visa, Mastercard, Mir) and Kazakhstan (Visa, Mastercard) — payment through a payment form or by link, recurring payments and card binding; Octo for Uzbekistan — with fiscalization.
- Course completion screen. When a student completes a course, they see a completion screen, and the certificate appears on it as soon as it is issued.
- Password change in the profile. To change the password, confirm it is you: with a code by SMS, email or Telegram, or with the current password.
- Notifications with a window. A push notification can open a window with text and a button in the app and stay in the notification list. The Exode AI assistant can send a push to employees in selected positions.
- Exode AI in the mobile app. The assistant is built into the app interface, with voice input and chat history. Students get an “Ask the knowledge base” button.
- Messenger. Day separators, swipe to reply, voice messages, resending unsent messages and forwarding messages in the phone app.
- Pages in the menu. For a school page you can choose where it appears — in the student menu, in the admin menu (“More”) or only by link — as well as its icon, view permissions and the specific team members it is open to.
What’s better
- The knowledge base can now be connected in an online school too. Spaces and folders can be renamed, and a space shows when its content was last updated.
- Users can be searched by one chosen field: ID, phone, email, name, @username or Telegram ID.
- The students and school users lists have filters by position and by the number of purchased courses, and sorting by the number of courses.
- Practice attempts have a filter by student and “All” and “Deleted” tabs.
- The course students list has a filter by video watch percentage.
- Installment payments can be switched between the current and previous payment series. If the last charge failed, the reason is shown: insufficient funds, card not found or a payment provider error.
- The payment page shows the logos of the payment systems that the selected payment method accepts.
- The counter on the group card counts active members.
