What’s new
- Department page. In corporate schools, each department in the org structure now has its own page with “Settings” and “Employees” tabs. The employee table can be filtered by position, invite link and hire date, so you can see who joined via a link and who was added manually.
- Department invite links. A department can have several links. For each one you set a validity period and a join limit, and you can turn the link on or off. You can ask for consent before joining and offer registration to people without an account. Via the link, an employee sees the department card — its name, manager and number of employees — and joins in one step.
- Sign-up via a link in a private school. If the link offers registration, a person without an account can sign up through it even if the school is private, and is added to the department right away.
- Adding employees in bulk. You can add several school users to a department at once and assign them a position.
- Recheck task answers. If the correct variants of a task have changed, you can recalculate points for answers already submitted with the “Recheck answers” action in the task menu of the lesson practice. The recheck runs in the background and also updates the results of the affected practices.
- Telegram login in the mobile app. The Telegram login button opens the system browser and returns you to the app after you log in. Linking Telegram in the settings works the same way.
What’s better
- Course invite links can be archived: an archived link doesn’t enroll anyone in the course but stays in the history, and you can restore it.
- Users with the “Staff browsing” permission can open the department page too.
