SCORM in lessons, video watch progress and course access deadlines

NewImprovementCourse builderSecurityMessengerAPI

Lessons get a SCORM block. Students see which parts of a video they’ve already watched and how much time is left on their course access. Also: school privacy settings and practice preview.

What’s new

  • SCORM in lessons. A new “SCORM” lesson block: upload a SCORM package (.zip), and students take the presentation right in the lesson. Lesson settings let you set a “SCORM completion threshold” in percent and turn on “Require passing the SCORM quiz”. Students and the school see the status of each presentation — “Not started”, “In progress”, “Completed”, “Passed” or “Failed” — and SCORM progress is also shown in the student card.
  • Video watch progress. Video lessons now show a “My video watch progress” bar: it marks watched and skipped segments, the overall percentage watched and, if set, the threshold required to complete the lesson. Click it to resume from the first unwatched spot. In the student card in school management, progress is shown separately for each video in the lesson.
  • Course access deadline. The course card shows how much time is left until access ends and the date it’s valid until; once it ends, it says “Access expired”. Course and group student tables get an “Access until” column and an “Access expired” badge.
  • School privacy. In “Privacy and registration” → “Advanced settings”, choose whether school users can see each other’s profiles and start chats themselves. When turned off, a profile is visible only to its owner and the school team, and only the team can start new chats.
  • Practice preview. Course authors and managers can open a practice in preview mode: tasks of active variants are shown by tab, and answers aren’t saved.
  • Enrollment count. Course card settings have a “Show enrollment count” toggle that controls whether the number of students appears in the catalog.

What’s better

  • After a successful payment for a single course, the button takes the student straight into it — to the start page or the current lesson. After buying several courses, it leads to “My learning”.
  • In the user card, courses inside a bundle have an edit button that opens access and progress for that course.
  • In the user card, a school manager can set or unlink the user’s Telegram ID.
  • In “Arrange the words” tasks, students can pick a word first and then its spot — or the other way round.
  • In multiple choice tasks, answer options are shuffled (except Yes/No questions).
  • After saving the school’s custom code, a “Refresh” button appears so you can apply the changes right away.
  • Catalog grouping settings now include a “How to create a tag?” hint.

For integrators (API)

  • The webhook form has a “Send a test event” button next to each event: a sample payload for that event is sent to your URL.
  • New paginated export methods for the school’s courses, groups, payments and course accesses: GET saas/v2/course/list/raw, GET saas/v2/group/list/raw, GET saas/v2/invoice/list/raw, GET saas/v2/product-access/list/raw.
  • Bulk deletion of school users: DELETE saas/v2/user/delete-many.
