What’s new
- Course access period for a group. In group settings, turn on “Limit access time to the course” and set the period in hours, days, weeks or months. It is counted “Since joining the group” or “Starting from the selected date”, for example from the course launch date. This lets you give different access periods on different tariffs or run a marathon or an intensive.
- Lesson opening schedule. Group settings have “Open access on a schedule”: lessons or modules open one at a time instead of all at once. Choose “Once per interval”, for example once a day, or “By weekdays”, for example on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The schedule is counted from joining the group or from the selected date.
What’s better
- Installments and subscriptions in Sales. The “Sales” section lets you view installments and subscriptions separately. For each student, a payment schedule opens: date, status, amount, payment attempts and course.
- Subscription payment dates. Upcoming subscription payments have the “Scheduled” status: after each payment the platform sets the date of the next one by itself. If needed, the date can be changed with the “Edit” button.
