What’s new
- Change the card for an installment plan or subscription. A school manager chooses which of the student's saved cards is charged.
- Add payments to the schedule. Add new payments to an installment plan or subscription — for example, to change the amount of future payments or extend an installment plan.
- Cancel and reactivate an installment plan or subscription. You can add a reason when cancelling.
- Export group students to .xlsx — a button on the "Group students" page. You can follow the file's progress, and it downloads automatically when ready.
- Atmos (Visa, Mastercard): recurring payments — linking and unlinking cards, automatic charges.
What’s better
- When you edit a payment schedule, the total amount, amount paid and number of payments are recalculated right away, with the previous amounts shown struck through.
- The group students table has a new "Who added" column.
- The payments table shows the buyer's avatar and a link to their profile.
